HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect information in the following three ways:

Information you voluntarily provide to become a registered user of our Service, and when you use certain aspects of our Service. This may include your name, e-mail, username, address, phone number, gender, profile picture, date of birth, nationality, golf index, type of clubs, type and length of shots, dexterity, golfer segment and user category.
When HELLO BIRDIE products are used, we collect performance data, including but not limited to: parameters, score cards, GPS data, reports, subscription events, progress in lessons, ball data, lifetime stats and achievements, depending on the product or service.
When you log into an account you already have with certain third-party social networking sites (“SNS”) (including, but not limited to, Facebook) via our Service (e.g., Facebook Connect*).
When you browse or use our Service, technological tools including “Cookies” collect certain information (see below).
If you contact HELLO BIRDIE’s support via our websites, phone, email, social media, or other channels, we may collect your name and email address.
* This information will be collected by the third-party account provider and made available to HELLO BIRDIE under its privacy policy.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect from you to:

Provide detailed and comprehensive game plans for training or leisure golf.
Personalize your experience.
Update golf bag statistics, including device location tracking to detect shots.
Improve HELLO BIRDIE software and usability.
Support business operations and develop new products/services.
Improve our websites and customer support.
For marketing and communication purposes.
Process orders and transactions.
Facilitate sharing and disclosure of your data.
For documentation in case of disputes.
Your email address may also be used to send order updates, scorecards, gameplans, company news, and related product/service information.

INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give your information to other companies without your consent, except as required to deliver purchased products or services.
We may ask for your consent to share your shot data and contact details with a sponsor at a golf course you visit.
Your name and performance in events may be made public on leaderboards.

We share information with partners/suppliers only if they have sufficient data protection measures and after necessary agreements are in place.

DETAILS OF TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES AND SAFEGUARDS
Your personal data may be stored and processed on secure OVH servers or other well-known cloud service providers compliant with applicable regulations.

RETENTION PERIODS
Your Last Activity is defined as the end of a paid license or your last login. Unless required by law, all personal data will be anonymized 36 months after this date.

USE OF COOKIES
We use cookies to recognize your browser, improve user experience, and compile statistics.
We may work with third parties to understand site visitors, who may only use the data to help us improve our business.

Right of access to your personal information by emailing privacy@hello-birdie.com (include name, address, and proof of identity).
Right of rectification to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to deletion (applies to all users worldwide). All users, regardless of location, may request deletion of their personal data. You can submit a request directly from within the HELLO BIRDIE App by navigating to My Account > My Data > Request Data Deletion. Once submitted, you will receive an email to confirm your request. You may also email privacy@hello-birdie.com from your registered email address. We will process all requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Right to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to data portability to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
